But we do believe that sewing your own clothes (or buying ones made with love) is a radical little act of care. Care for the planet, care for people, and care for your closet.
If it helps keep a garment out of the landfill and in your life a little longer? That’s the win.
And hey, who knows? Maybe that lovingly-made outfit gets handed down someday as a family heirloom with stretch seams and a story.

Slow

Mama don't preach, these tips are practical (mostly):

1) Wear what you've got, honey. If it still fits and it doesn't smell like the 90s in a bad way.

2) Raid your besties closet. Or your grandma's. Or that mystery bag in your trunk.

3) Thrift. It's vintage, dear. Not filthy, darling!

4) Sew it Soul Sewster!

5) Buy from people, not pipelines. Handmade > Mass Produced.
